Entry Point

The Diagnostic.

Not sure where to start? Start here.

90 minutes of structured clarity.

What It Is

A single, focused session where we listen to your situation, ask the questions no one inside your organisation has asked, and tell you what the real decision is. No pitch. No thinly veiled sales conversation. 90 minutes of real work, using the same structured decision methods we deploy in multi-week engagements, compressed to your specific situation.

When It Fits

A decision has been circling for weeks or months without resolution

You need an outside perspective before committing resources

Your leadership team keeps circling the same topic

You want to see how we think before deciding on a longer engagement

Quality Over Quantity

How It Works

1

Step 1 - Before: Brief us.

You send us a short briefing: what the situation is, who is involved, what is stuck. One page is enough.

2

Step 2 - The Session (90 min).

We listen first. Then we ask the questions that reveal what sits beneath the surface problem. By the end, you already have more clarity than before.

3

Step 3 - The Assessment (within 48h).

A 2-page document: (1) The real decision, (2) What is blocking it, (3) Our honest recommendation.

What You Walk Away With

  • A 2-page written assessment within 48 hours
  • Clarity on what the actual decision is
  • A clear picture of what is blocking progress
  • An honest recommendation, even if it is: “You do not need us.”

What It Is Not

Not a free consultation. Not a sales pitch in disguise. A standalone assessment that holds its own, regardless of whether we work together afterwards.

Practical questions

How much preparation do we need?

One page. A short briefing on the situation, who is involved and what feels stuck. We take it from there.

Who should join the session?

The person who owns the decision. Add one or two people who know the situation first-hand if useful. Not a committee.

What if the assessment says we do not need you?

Then that is the assessment. The Diagnostic stands on its own, whether or not any further engagement follows.

How quickly can we schedule?

Usually within one to two weeks. The session is 90 minutes; the written assessment follows within 48 hours.

Is the Diagnostic confidential?

Yes. Everything you share stays between us. Confidentiality holds whether or not any further engagement follows.

What is the next step after the assessment?

You decide. Some situations end with the assessment. Others continue into a Decision Sprint or a retainer. There is no obligation either way.

Ready to take the next step?

The simplest next step: a short, open conversation.

Ready to take

the next step?

A short conversation is enough to find out whether we can help. No pitch, no commitment, just clarity on fit.
