About Quintellix

Strategy and AI advisory, personally led.

Quintellix helps leaders decide where AI is worth the effort and close strategic questions that have stayed open too long. Benjamin Wenisch leads every engagement. Specialists join only when the work needs legal, regional or operational depth.

Independent advice. No vendor agenda.

Why Quintellix exists

Organisations rarely lack ideas. They lack a decision they can carry.

AI pilots continue without a business case. Important choices return to the agenda because ownership was never clear. Teams ask for more analysis when what they need is a call.

Quintellix brings structure to those situations: what is true, what remains undecided, which options still matter and who owns the next move.

This is senior advisory for leaders who need a grounded decision and a practical way forward. It is not an implementation agency or a large project team.

Founder-led. Personally accountable.

Benjamin Wenisch

Benjamin leads every Quintellix engagement from the first conversation through the final recommendation.

His background combines group-level strategy work in a DAX company with hands-on AI adoption and advisory work for owner-led businesses. He has worked on market entries, operating models and regional integrations across Europe, the Americas, MENA and Asia-Pacific. In his current corporate role, he helps teams use AI in daily work, from individual workflows to management decisions.

That combination shapes Quintellix: strategy without theatre, AI without vendor hype, and recommendations that respect how organisations actually operate.

MSc International Strategy & Innovation, Maastricht University. Additional training in AI governance, generative AI, business analytics and agile delivery.

Specialists join when the situation requires them.

Quintellix remains founder-led. Selected specialists add regional, regulatory or operational depth where a mandate requires it. They do not replace the single point of accountability.

Independent advice. Additional capability when needed.

Where a mandate moves from decision to implementation, Quintellix can introduce independent execution partners: separate organisations, engaged only where appropriate. Quintellix remains the advisory counterpart throughout and does not receive vendor or platform commissions unless explicitly disclosed.

A focused model, built around the decision.

01

One accountable lead

Benjamin stays responsible from the first conversation to the final recommendation.

02

The work fits the question

Audit, workshop, sprint or ongoing support. The decision determines the format.

03

Additional expertise only when needed

Specialists join for a defined gap. Quintellix remains the advisory counterpart.

Start with the question creating the most pressure.

A short conversation is enough to establish whether Quintellix is the right fit and which Practice, if any, is the sensible starting point.
